The Emquartier Le Dalat charges 60b for vegetables, I mean no veggies at all unless you pay extra. They gave us the food with peanuts after I told them before ordering that we are ALLERGIC to peanuts....the waitress was like, we have no peanuts in our food, no worries. Not going to come here again.

Dear Khun Hamu, please accept our sincerest apologies! We take food allergy very seriously, and this internal miscommunication absolutely should not have happened. Thank you for informing us about this issue. We will do our utmost to retrain our staff and improve communications between service and kitchen staff. With regards to charging for the vegetables, following feedback from our regular customers who frequent both the main branch in Sukhumvit 23, where we charged for the vegetables, and the EmQuartier branch, where we used to not charge for the first bowl of vegetables, we have decided to apply the same policy to avoid any confusion and, sometimes, frustration on our customers’ part. In doing so, we have added more variety and quantity of vegetables to make it worthwhile. Also, we have stressed to our staff the importance of diligently and consistently informing the customers in advance of this change in policy to avoid any potential misunderstanding that may arise after customers receive the bill. I hope that you can forgive us for what happened and that you will give us another chance. We very much appreciate your patronage and we thank you for your kind understanding.
