Absolutely a great little hidden gem, small neighborhood bar with friendly locals and great staff, if you're in the area definitely check them out. Highly recommend. They even dj some great music from the bar... Price per person: ฿100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I remember going to 23 bar & gallery when it was still located in Soi Nana Yaowarat. The only place there that offered non-fancy simple drinks with great music. It was the first time I visited the new place around Phra Khanong and I still really liked it. Very nice owner. Her Japanese friend was helping out. He was also super nice. The music is still great. A bit too loud maybe. But great selection for people who grew up in the 90s Price per person: ฿100–200 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
