Extremely terrible service from the waitress Alexia. From the get go she had a bad attitude. Once ordered, she literally threw our plates on the table and sped away. Didnt bother asking if we needed anything, never checked up on us. Not once bothered to make eye contact with us despite several attempts throughout our entire meal to get her attention. Finally walked up to her and asked if we could please get some water and napkins. By the time we finished our meal we never received any water nor napkins as she continued to ignore us. I finally ended up asking the gentleman hostessing in the front. She came after our waters were served and as we were still finishing our last bites she only approached us to ask if the bills were seperate, not even if we were ready for the bill. I proceeded to tell her to put it in 1 bill and I would pay. She immediately grabbed her machine, keyed in our amount and puts the machine in my face as im still taking my last bites. Completely disrespectful. I still gave her a tip and asked if she could please refill our waters and get us some napkins as we never had got them. Despite her still getting a generous tip for her bad service she still didnt refill our waters. I proceeded to go up to the manager and informing him of the situation. The manager was careless also and just strugged it off by saying she's new as of its justified. The restaurant wasnt busy to begin with & regardless nobody should get their food thrown at nor treated like this. Wont be coming back due to the service of the waitress and upper management. It all starts from the top down.
