I'm at a loss, because I don't know why they can't make the food good, because it's sort of good ... but it's "wet" with lots of sauce. It's definitely not authentic Mexican food. I don't think they even use real cheese. I got the nachos today and it was heavy with liquid and I don't believe threre was any real cheese ... also I don't know about the chips either, they were weird. I know authentic Mexican food and this is not it, unfortunately.
