Worst service ever by the hostess! Should have gotten her name. It was a Sunday night January 21, 2024. I made a reservation for dinner here over a month ago for 7 PM as we were celebrating our first anniversary. We parked the car and were about 15 feet from the door when we got a call from the hostess (photo attached) saying we were late, and we would have less than an hour to eat as they had a 10-top who had a priority over us at 8. I told her we were walking through the door at 7:07. Then when we finally saw her in person she shoved her electronic seating chart in our face showing us that it was 7:13. I proceeded to show her my and my wife's phone that now showed 7:09 (It's not like I can set a phony time on my phone!). What a ridiculous conversation! She was so rude and unaccommodating and said that we now had even less time to eat. We instantly said thanks for ruining our anniversary and walked out. It was obvious that they valued the 10-top more than someone who made a reservation over a month in advance for a very special occasion. We walked a block or so down Main St. and got the exact opposite experience at Greco's. Super friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend Greco's over 5th Ave Grill.

Had such a great night at 5th Avenue Grille!! Was staying in Frisco for the night after a day at Copper and wanted a really yummy meal to end the great day. So glad we came here! Everything from delicious, from our apps (bison empanadas) to the mains (filet for me!) and dessert!!! The service was outstanding, our waitress timed everything perfect from our pre dinner cocktails, to decanting our Jordan wine and through dessert. Would 100% recommend to friends and family while in Frisco! Thanks for such a wonderful evening.
