I stopped going to this 711 because of the negative atmosphere and nasty service, but I had to make a stop there because every other store is out of walking distance. I was hoping the service would have improved since the last time I was there, which was months ago, however it only got worse. The cups had no lids to them and when I mentioned this to the workers, they just said “don’t worry” and shrugged me off. You also have to ask for straws behind the counter because they refuse to leave them by the drink fountain for some reason. I got a cup of water and was charged for a soda, so I mentioned it was only water. The clerk (whom is pretty sure is the owner) raised his voice and said “we don’t give away stuff for free” with an incredible attitude. I never asked for it to be free, I just didn’t want to be charged for the entire fountain drink when a cup of water is only $0.75. I don’t understand why I get attitude whenever I walk in there, (which is rare, as mentioned) but nothing ever seems to change for the better at that store. I really hope someone steps in to see how the store is ran because I walk out of the store in worse mood than when I enter anytime I have to go there. 0/5 stars if I had the option.
