The food was quiet delightful. I had the avocado toast with the fried egg which was good but I felt as tho "it was a missed opportunity. The sour dough bread complimented the avocado greatly, although I wish they would add more ingredients to the avocado to increase the flavor. My date had the eggs Benedict which was very appetizing. The creamed spinach was a great call by the chef. I felt as though it brought the whole dish together. Overall very happy with my experience.

I was really pleased with the brunch at 7 Plates Cafe. The service was lovely and the avocado toast was scrumptious. I'm not a huge fan of sourdough bread but it worked well and was the right level of toast. The amount of avocado on the bread, the side of smoked salmon with roasted bell peppers and feta pulled it together great! My friend had an over-easy egg on top of hers and it looked delicious, I should of got it on mine too. We also ordered rose to pair it with our dish and I loved it. The price point for it all was reasonably priced. I definitely will be back soon to try dinner as well. I also loved the warm ambiance of the cafe with its music.
