The best food and wine experience so far in Madrid. It’s a high end fantastic restaurant. The service of all the staff was perfect, very helpful, always explained the food and gave good suggestions. The wine list is on another level, I’ve never seen such a menu before and is a big feature at this restaurant. The starters were all superb and the main is fantastic. Although not in the photo, the Jamón is from Joselito - which is regarded as the best Jamón in the world and really is. A 5* restaurant !
I am sad to say that I did not particularly enjoy completely. Some items were so fusion that, it's neither here not there, lots of Asian flavours in it... The highly rated noodle, probably won't survive in any Asian countries, the charcoal pork was just... A piece of bland meat? I love the bbq prawn, the anchovy and cocktail, but the rest was rather boring I thought. Wine pairing was okay, staffs were very very friendly and nice, so I guess this is really not the thing for everyone, especially if you're well versed with Asian food, you probably won't like it. If I had to return, it would probably for a different menu and not the one they had in June 18. I have to admit the hospitality is very very good - the one reason to revisit is the super good service! Oh and expect each food to come within 4-5 minutes (very very fast), but they have to as there are many courses and if they don't, you'll end up eating till 2am.
Too molecular and not much edible food. The few excellent points: super nice staffs, nice prawn and wine pairing but that’s it ..
