What a great place, and it wasn’t busy. The five tortillas with my meal made it portioned out perfectly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lunch Tacos Campechanos

We had a very disappointing first experience with A La Brasa Mexican Madison on Aug. 17, 2021. Our take-out dishes of chicken fajitas and 3 chicken tacos were tasteless. The chicken fajitas were more like chicken "crumbles" than strips of chicken. The chicken had no marinade or spice--just PLAIN sauteed chicken along with lots of soggy green peppers and very few onions. My spouse's chicken tacos were made from the same plain chicken crumbles. There was no sour cream, cheese, or salsa with either the fajitas or tacos. There was about 1 tablespoon of guacamole along with unappetizing shredded lettuce and a couple of small pieces of tomato in a separate container for the fajitas.Also, they over-charged us and did not take off the 15% that was promised on their first-time orders. To clarify, my spouse originally ordered their Pollo a la Brasa but the restaurant called to say they were out of this dish, so we agreed to substitute with the chicken tacos. However, they did not subtract the original Pollo a la Brasa off of the final tab nor did they provide a receipt upon payment. We will not return.
