I have spent 2 years in chennai and I loved the chicken Chettinad and chicken 65 exactly the way you have prepared....never been a fan on mild flavours...so chicken Chettinad was bang on (with semi thick gravy ) ..loved it..
Appams were amazing..and my god..the kokum curry....lipsmacking... I can go on and on in terms of the nitty gritties of the flavours..but the chef knows it better... As a consumer..I am an absolutely satisfied and a happy consumer today with your food... Thank you so much guys
