The service is good, the manager is super helpful, but MC Donald's is not a place for you if you have a motorbike and want to take food, there is no prepared packaging, I had a problem, it was complicated, but the manager helped me promptly and very politely.

The food is already bad as usual, I only ordered from this establishment because at that time (4:00 pm) it's the only one open, when I arrived here the motorcycle courier handed me the order dripping and said "the coke was over, send a message and they'll send another one". I sent the message and they denied the refund, so I called the establishment and the lady said she couldn't do anything. I stayed in the hospital from 12:00 to 16:00, I'm shaking with hunger and without a snack, in addition to the robbery, as they took my money without delivering even one edible item. I don't like using these terms, but McDonald's in Fernandópolis is rubbish!
