Me and my girlfriend always try and pop into Aether when we get the chance as it's always been a great little place to go and service is usually spot on but on this occasion it was bloody awful. So on the 4th of October it was me and my girlfriends 5th anniversary so we wanted a nice little night. Anyway around 10.30ish we walked in to Aether... soon as we walked in we was looked at as if we was scum walking by the bar staff male and female they just looked like they could not be bothered serving us anyway i asked them what time are they closing they said 12 so we was thinking that enough time.... So me and my girlfriend sit down we look at the menu picked what we wanted I go up to order it and the barman says the cocktails we want he can't do so I said what cocktails can you do for us he said non so clearly he couldn't be arsed serving us. Them two staff need to be trained on customer service before you end up with regular customers not returning. It's put me and my girlfriend off Aether now put a downer on the night.
