The service is quite slow. The food was generally delicious, but we could not enjoy it enough because the service was extremely slow. The atmosphere is not bad. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₺1,000+ Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
We had a surprising experience with its positive and negative aspects :) The Michelin recommendation was effective in our decision to go. Of course, the prices are accordingly. On the negative side: Since you cannot make a reservation at any time you want, we made it at 8.30. The starters arrived of course, but the main course arrived after 10 o'clock. My expectations were really high with the price, the hungry wait, and the presentation, but the first bite of the shank I ordered made me drool. When I showed this to them, they said sorry, but frankly, I expected such an expensive place to at least offer a treat or a gesture to apologize. On the other hand, unfortunately, it was "sad" that a special meat like shank was covered in such a sour sauce. I felt sorry for the meat :) The taste I got from the whole plate was more of a sour sauce than a shank. Secondly; 5 minutes into our meal, which arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later, we were asked to order dessert immediately because the kitchen was closing. In the middle of the meal, we opened it and looked at the menu again. In such an expensive place this is more unacceptable to me than the food. Michelin recommendations don't make much sense either. On the positive side: I loved what we ate, apart from the main course. Both in taste and visually. The ambiance is nice. The lady who helped us in choosing the food guided us really well. They add the tip directly to the bill and it is 10% more. I gave it 3 stars for price and performance, but if the prices and of course my expectations were lower, it would have been 4 stars. Best regards.
