I nearly wrote a negative review last time I ordered, but gave the benefit of the doubt. This time, same issues. I called to order than the guy in Watergardens pretended he could not speak English, my son called back on his phone, started speaking English and suddenly they could speak English. The poor owner who missed out on an order. I then ordered from their website directly, I went to collect and they told me I ordered at the Watergardens unit. I went there to be told, the order I made WAS at the right one and when I returned the chap said "oh sorry, our website system doesn't work". Really? Sooo fustrating!

I ordered a collection from Al medina this evening and was totally dissatisfied. the delivery was missing chips with the kebab and a Kentucky spicy chicken burger was totally missing. They requested we go and collect the missing items and we was unable to do that so they delivered. I was delivered the chips, but the burger was not what I ordered it was a breaded chicken burger with no cheese (which I paid extra for) and it wasn’t the Kentucky spicy chicken burger I ordered, the bun was also stale and hard to eat. I was very disappointed with the result to the problems we had and will think twice before I order from here again!
