I order a graduation cake for my husband, which the owner said I would be able to pick up at an unknown location, which she planned to give me last minute, because they do not have a store front, at 1:00pm. I text the owner an hour before to find out where I should meet her to pick up my cake. She texts me and tells me to call then she proceeded to give me an excuse stating the one of her employees dropped someone’s order, so she has to remake that before completing my order. She then assured me that my order will be ready at 5:00pm, 4 hours later. At 5:00pm, I called her and texted her but could not get anyone on the phone. Eventually, she calls me back after 5:00pm and informs me that she could not fulfill my order, after I have been waiting all day for my cake. Never once in the 4 hours did she or anyone of her employees send me any updates or contact me regarding my cake. If you don’t contact them, they will NOT contact you. THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY AND NOT FULFILL YOUR ORDER.
The owner requires you to pay through CASH APP, so they can get their money instantly and when you ask for a refund, she will tell you that “you’ll get it in a few days” but based on reviews from former customers they have been waiting months. I am expert at using the Cash app and send moneyBEWARE OF THIS BAKERY !!!!! If I could give this company zero stars, I WOULD HAVE!!! The owner requires you to pay the full amount up front and will not for fill your order. I had such high hope for them because I actually had their dessert in the past and it was good but the lack of professionalism is NOT WORTH IT!!! They would guarantee to have your order ready at a certain time and disappoint you majorly.
I am going to report this company for fraud if they do not refund me IMMEDIATELY . I recommend that if you are in the same position as me, that you do the same so they can be investigated. I have personal contacts in the law enforcement and law that I will continue to talk to see what is the best action to take throughout this process. I will continue to take action against this company until my matter is resolved.
PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMING, UNETHICAL, UNRELIABLE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL BAKERY who tries to hold onto your money which is STEALING when they cancel and can’t fulfill your order.
This review is real and there is no excuse they can provide BUT THEY CAN PROVIDE ME WITH AN IMMEDIATE REFUND.
