It’s a really cool place, coffee is incredible & generally the staff seem lovely too. However on two occasions I’ve ordered a coffee for takeaway, & ended up waiting a while - the waiting is absolutely not the issue, I can see they are super busy - however I believe I have the right to ask after my flat white when it has been 18 minutes since I ordered it (& new people were receiving their orders before me), however when I politely (overly politely) ask if they could just double check my order was there - I get a “yes yes yes your coffee is coming okay we’re just busy as you can see” Wildly rude reply when I was being really reasonable & polite, & had waited nearly 20 minutes. Such a shame that this is the attitude when customers are being smiley & nice. Hoping it changes because i would like to spend more time here
