Two friends and I went to Alley BBQ restaurant on a Saturday night for dinner. We ordered pork belly, pork jowls, lamb chop, miso chicken, New York striplion steak, Atlantic salmon, oyster mushroom, beef tongue, Taiwanese sausage, sake, beer, and some other food. The portions are very small. They tried to provide the best service by bbqing the food for you, but it was not done right. When I was flipping my own food, they looked at me and asked to flip and serve the food for us, but they served us medium raw chicken meat and pork sausage meat. We looked at the sausage and put it back to the grill and the server asked if there was anything wrong. We said it was still raw inside, but the response we got was ridiculous. The server said, oh, some people like it not cooked fully. It's pork sausage... It's a health issue to eat not fully cooked pork and chicken, especially the pork sausage is not fresh and is processed food. Towards the end, we still have some pieces of meat on the plates, but they started cleaning up our table. My friend had to rush to finish the meat before they took the plates. It was not a good experience at all and it costed us $275 for 3 of us including the tips. For a $90 meal per person, I expect to have some good service and not eating uncooked pork and chicken. I won't be going back and not going to recommend to any of my friends.
