They told me that the amount of time they would take to fix my bike it would leave them less money than it would if they worked in their other bikes instead. The guy didn't even care, shows how they are all about the money and not about a good service.

Oh, man - where do I even begin? It was my first time purchasing a bike and, as any beginner, I had A LOT of questions. I dealt with Lamar - I highly recommend him - who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and above all, deeply passionate about his craft. I really enjoyed every part of the transaction and I didn't hesitate one bit when making the decision to purchase the bike. Such a pleasure to work with Allo Vélo!
