The tasting menu is fabulous. The service is amazing. I love that they don’t rush you and they want you to take your time. The price is very reasonable compared to the US equivalent restaurant.
I have booked the place and wanted to change my booking. I have sent e-mail to the restaurant and tried to call multiple times without any success. Now I noticed that the time I wanted to reschedule my booking for is not available anymore. I believe that such a renowned restaurant should care more about their customers.
The cuisine is great. However the staff made wrong name spelling reservations through phone.Almost being rejected from door even we had lunch appointments 2 weeks prior. They told me inside was full and no seat for us, but we found inside there was 1/3 empty. Is it a kind of humiliation to Asians? Hope not. And after the embarrassing and insulting moment, there was no special offer from dish or discount. It is 110€ and 120 € for two people’s set lunch. The food is great though, but the mistake in front door left disappointed. The male attendant at table service looks inpatient to explain more from guests.
