This was a fun find! We stumbled upon Aloha Burrito Shop after a night on the town. They were closing, but Sam let us order anyways. What great customer service! Sam was hilarious! Super friendly and made a few jokes. He was also pretty gracious in letting me pile on the different sauces in my burrito bowl. I got the braised beef bowl. The meat was flavorful and tender. I'm pretty sensitive to salt, and I didn't think it was salty. Just right. It comes with the pineapple salsa, but I added the verde and habanero sauce as well. Great additions. The habanero one is pretty spicy. It had me sweating and cleared my sinuses. The wife ordered the kalua pork burrito minus the rice. She said it was good and had a lot of flavor. She was a little thrown off by the kalua pork flavor in a burrito. However, she would order it again. I think this place is differently worth a try. Good flavors and nice twists to your typical burritos.
