Came here again, my order wasn't ready and I was 10 minutes late. They only started working on it when I entered the door and asked about my order. They did apologize and gave me extra pita bread. Had to order extra pita bread last time because they forgot it once with my pervious order along with my extra dressing! A lady that ordered in had to come in to check on her order...her completed order was sitting on the side. The lady said u told me to wait outside so I was waiting for a while and seemed a bit annoyed. This particular day it was being run by all youngins, I don't know if 3-4 teens or kids in their 20s are capable of being left alone. Oh and another thing, one girl was throwing stuff in a plate, she threw the basil in the soup and the dressing in the plate and the other worker thought it was funny...I didn't think it was funny.

Cross contamination of the food means that even though I had their salad without meat or wheat, they contaminate me with those substances I wouldn't voluntarily take. I find that very offensive. I will never order from them again. I don't appreciate being injected with meat nor wheat and don't need to be enlarged which is why I only have greens fruits and veggies. Then they want to force me to ingest their wheat and meat which I don't want, neither do I want them successful because of their physical crime against me.

I have to thank the lovely ladies at Aloha Salads KAILUA. From the moment I made my take out order over the phone up to the moment I picked up my food it was just great service. I wish I got their names but they helped me on 8/11 @ around 6 pm.
