THE GOAT RODEO COPPER16oz $8, half $5, 4pk TOGO $16Hazy IPA made like they make 'em out west. A bit drier and lighter than a typical Midwest hazy, with a light crayon yellow color. This one is made with a unique hop grown in Michigan called "Copper" that has notes of fruity pebbles, which we then combined with a dank blueberry lot of Mosaic. Pretend you're in Seattle and enjoy!

CZNZ TURBULENT FLOW16oz $8, half $4, 4pk TOGO $16Czech/New Zealand hybrid pilsner lager with floor malted Bohemian barley, Czech lager yeast, and Freestyle Farms Motueka hops. Very floral, hints of bready crackers and floral notes including white wine.

DICHOTOMOUS IRONY16oz $8, half $5, 4pk TOGO $17This beer starts as a Bohemian lager with all Bohemian pilsner malt and the H-strain from a famous brewery in Pilzn. We then dry hopped it with Strata and Vista hops for a citrus/dank finish. Call it an IPL, call it a hoppy pilsner, you choose, you like.

LEAVITT LAW16oz $7, half $4, 4pk TOGO $16Leavitt Law is a Czech inspired amber lager, with a 100% European malt forward bill, while still being fermented with the H-strain from that famous Plzeň brewery, and adding a very small dry hop with Michigan Chinook for a subtle fruitiness. If you like our Rijenfest beer, you'll probably like this one, as the guts are largely the same, with this one being a little lower octane and a little more hoppy.

The result is a unique combination of tart and sweet flavors that will remind you of pineapple upside down cake (no actual cake). Pours semi-clear, not a smoothie style beer.
