Food was good. The new front desk staff is appalling. Not knowledgeable on the items esp with advice on ingredients with regards to allergy The man offered me a sweet to test and taste . It was stale and hard and so I didn't like it . I bought lots of other food though , yet he promptly charged me for the tater food saying " sorry , we have to charge even if I give the food for tasting " Not impressed ! ———— Service still needs addressing. Some staff members feel they can treat customers badly and get away. I’ve complained to the manager and assured they will look into it . Sadly no response . Anand sweets is loved by the people and the management should ensure staff have the right training . Food is good though . I ordered a small portion of one each the Kachori &
Samosa chaat, disappointed both the portions are Kachori chaat! 10.50am . 21/04/21
