Come here for a meal after visiting Anchuca Mansion. You will try nicely cooked fillet steaks, prawns and sea bass. Most guests recommend trying good pecan pie, white chocolate bread pudding and trifle. A collection of delicious wine, martinis or bourbon is provided to guests. You may come across reviews that coffee is great here.

Anchuca is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Attractive prices at this place are good news for its visitors. You will certainly like the lovely atmosphere and terrific decor. But most Zomato users didn't award this spot a high score.

Very nice experience. Friendly staff! lol
this place is so peaceful and has the nicest people that work here.. if anyone is looking for a good place to relax and have a really nice dinner this is the place to come ..
My husband and I and our nine-year-old daughter spent the weekend at Anchuca and we will definitely be back. We were not very familiar with Vicksburg before we came here but the city in general is so cute and interesting and Anchuca is just the cherry on top. The first night, we stayed in room 2, which has a king bed. The room was good, and our two favorite things about it were the air conditioner that you could control with a remote (This may not seem like much to some of you but it’s September in Mississippi and it’s 100°. That’s a pretty big deal) and the shower. One thing that we have noticed in our travels with historic homes is that the showers tend to have average water pressure but they have renovated the showers with newer facilities and it was lovely. We arrived at the very end of dinner but the woman running the house, Carrie, fixed us a little snack and a piece of cake to take up to the room with us. We enjoyed a swim in the pool that evening and retired to our room. The next day, we moved to room 5, one of the suites in the main house, and we cannot say enough good things about this room. The furnishings were on point, very rich and elegant. The bathroom had been updated so the water pressure in the shower was great. Our nine-year-old had a room with two double beds, her own television, and a little desk where she sat and read. We ate breakfast in the restaurant both days and it was lovely, there is always tea and coffee out for you to enjoy, and we made use of the pool three times during our stay where they provided us with sunscreen, towels, and floats. Lisa, the woman who was running the house during our Saturday stay, came out to the pool to check on us and made sure that my nine-year-old had floats to play with. We plan to bring our two other children, nine and seven, back here to experience this beautiful house and everything that Vicksburg has to offer. I would definitely stay here again whether a couples weekend with my hubby or a family weekend with the kids.
PS there are two cats on premises: Isabel and Ferdinand. Ferdinand is sweet and we included a pic. Isabel is sweet depending on the day, but aren’t we all ;)
