Angelica: Palace of Versailles. I deplore the price of chocolate at €6, undrinkable because it is bitter, extremely heavy. Vanilla financiers especially have the bad taste of a very cheap pastry butter, or even an oil.,. Fortunately the waiter is nice....but he cannot modify the recipe for said chocolate, which is very indigestible. It turns out that the prices in Versailles are higher than in other stores! The first time I ate angelina paris was at the Palace of Versailles~ The flow of traffic inside was very confusing at first, but luckily it was resolved quickly and there are seats available for inside use. The lemon cake is great! Although I think the lemon-shaped mousse is too sour, the lemon-flavored mousse below is sour and sweet! After others ordered Montblanc, I realized it was the signature dessert! It is really delicious, especially the chestnut puree. I have never tasted such delicious chestnut puree. The cream inside is not sweet at all, which is to neutralize the sweetness of the chestnut puree! What is a bit disappointing for me is the meringue at the bottom. If I eat the whole one by myself, it will be too greasy. We also ordered hot chocolate, but unfortunately the texture was not what we liked. The chocolate was very thick, sour and sweet, which was different from what we drank in Taiwan. If it was just bitter + thick, we could accept it, but the sourness of the chocolate I didn’t really like it after I took it out. I think one drawback is that the toilets are dirty... I think it's a bit scary for men and women to share the toilet. The toilet seat in the toilet I entered was broken.
