Carpe diem – the Japanese cuisine waits for you. The truth is that you will really enjoy mouthwatering crab salads, crab meat and salmon sashimi. Good green tea ice cream and tasty asida have a good taste. This restaurant has delicious wine, beer or soju among its drinks. It is cool to try great iced green tea or good americano.

Food delivery is a big benefit of Aniki's Sushi. Many guests underline that the staff is knowledgeable and the service is fabulous at this place. Attractive prices are what you will pay for your meal. There is a lovely atmosphere and modern decor at this spot. 4.3 is what this restaurant received from the Google rating system.

my absolute favorite sushi place in the east bay! try any of their baked sushi (A’s is my go-to), it’s always a delight. the balance of textures and flavors is always on point, i’ve recommended it to everyone and no one’s ever been disappointed!

Aniki's sushi is one of many good Japanese restaurant in Fremont. Our previous visit several years ago was a very good experience. During the recent COVID Delta variant surge in the Bay Area, seating has become limited. Aniki's makes it easy to make reservation on the Yelp app. I encourage you to use it if you're planning to come to Aniki's for dinner. Charshu Ramen - 5/5 Excellent selection. The ramen pork broth was very tasty and the ramen noodles were fresh, firm and not mushy or soft. You get 3 large slices of charshu pork slices (see pic).  Carrots and red cabbage were julienne cut and added for color. The charshu pork did not taste like charshu as you might expect from the Chinese red colored charshu, but it was tender and had a smoky like flavor instead of the sweet "charshu" flavor you might be thinking of.  Overall, the ramen broth was flavorful and would be a decent selection when deciding on the wide variety of ramen dishes. Dinner Bento Box - 5/5 The dinner Bento Box is a good dinner selection if you want a mixture of Japanese foods.  You get to select one food item from 3 different boxes. I selected teriyaki chicken from box 1, mixed tempura from box 2, and sashimi (2 pieces of salmon and 2 pieces of tuna) from box 3. You get miso soup and salad with the dinner Bento Box. The teriyaki chicken is basically a small unmarinaded  chicken breast with teriyaki sauce drizzled over the fillet. The star of my selection is is the mixed tempura. The panko batter was light, crisp, and not oily. The veggies were cooked perfectly. For example the broccoli was not hard (under cooked) or too soft (overcooked). It was perfectly tender and tasted great. This goes for all the veggies in the tempura mixture. You only get one tempura shrimp.  The sashimi was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent. Our server was attentive and kept our water glasses full.  Overall, Anishi's is a very good Japanese restaurant that serves very good food from ramen, sushi, to Bento Boxes. I recommend Anishi's Suahi if you're craving Japanese food.
