Det Hanseatiske Museum og Schoetstuene is what you should see after having a meal at Anne Madam. According to the visitors' comments, Scandinavian dishes here are quite good. I don't even remember eating this 7 years ago but photos don't lie. I think I thought it was decent. Overall, Norway is definitely not a foodie country. The nature more than makes up for it though. Food is pricy and does not taste more than ok.

Overall great experience at Anne Madam. Super nice employees who sincerely care that you enjoy your experience. The food is fantastic from the appetizer (we had smoked salmon and mussels) to a wide variety of entrees (at our table we had Salmon, Vegetarian burger, and Whale steak). We finished with deserts of a Chocolate cake with Vanilla ice cream. All were prepared and presented in a great way. And the location is fantastic, right across from the fish market. All this and it is not outrageously expensive, which is hard to find in Norway. Definitely make this part of your trip to Bergen!!!
