Not a great experience. My friend and her little 8-yr-old got food poisoning, with heavy vomiting just 2 hours after the meal. Very distressing. I had diarrhea 3 times the following day, but no chucking up. Rushed service to present us with the bill once we said we wouldn't have coffee or desert. Definitely wide berth.

Posting this to Google because apparently Tripadvisor deletes all the bad reviews.How can they even give them awards and certificates of excellency when they poison people!! I feel so bad and people should know the truth. Tripadvisor apparently gets paid to write good reviews only and delete all the rest.So...I went with friends there and at first i really liked the place, food seemed nice, good taste etc. After the dinner i felt really terrible, had lamb and chicken and many different appetisers and two deserts. We all shared everything but it was only me and another friend who tasted the lamb, i had more than half of the dish. We both felt terrible for 2 days, throwing up and feeling constantly nauseous. We couldn't sleep the first night I even wanted to go to the hospital but thought its gonna pass soon. It was actually packed and crowded which is surprising as when a restaurant has many people coming why keep old meat in the stock, buy less and have more fresh. I mean its like 21st century, the competition is already insane in the restaurant industry and you give old meat and products to your customers! That is outrageous. I never even write reviews but this time I decided to let people know and maybe make the restaurant management be aware of their poor actually terrible quality! I was talking to a friend the other day and she told me she had the same poisoning from Aphrodite Taverna last year, so it is already three cases that i know. She had it from the lamb as well. Maybe you need to change your meat supplier or take it out of the menu if you are gonna continue poisoning people with old meat.
