Our family recently enjoyed an unforgettable stay at the Hotel Continental in Budapest, including a gala evening at the hotel's ARAZ restaurant on Christmas Eve. The 5-course menu was of star cuisine quality and far exceeded our expectations. However, making an online reservation for this special evening was a challenge. The booking portal was complicated and difficult to use without help. Fortunately, we received incredibly patient and competent support from Mr. Peter Bíro in the restaurant. He personally guided us through the booking process. Despite a small mishap where our wine package booking was lost, Mr Bíro didn't make us feel like there was a problem. His courteous and solution-oriented manner ensured that our evening was a complete success. The Hotel Continental and the ARAZ restaurant exceeded our expectations in terms of service, quality and hospitality. A special thank you goes to Mr. Bíro for his outstanding commitment. We highly recommend the hotel and restaurant to anyone planning a stay in Budapest and look forward to our next visit.
