Most of the pinball machines were down. Only 4 were actually working and 1 of those had a weak flipper. The staff said the tech wasn’t there but they’d let him know -_- When it was time to tab out, there was no opportunity to review my tab before paying for it. I was told I did something that went passed that opportunity. All I did was stand there and ask to review the tab before paying. We mostly enjoyed our time. Just hoping for a bit more polish and quality control. RESPONSE: As the customer that was actually there, I can assure you they were absolutely not working that night.

That said I do want to set something straight that is not accurate in this review. We have 11 pins at the arcade and it is absolutely false that "most were down and only 4 worked". While we are sad to say 2 of our pins are down, that is not "most". We are open for extended hours and the pins are taking an absolute beating. 2 went down yesterday and we are burning through parts. We got more parts in today and working on those 2 pins In the morning. In a freeplay arcade, pinball machines get nearly 100,000 plays in just a couple years. Pinballs were never made for this level of use. I assure you the techs know but I can personally verify that 9 of the 11 are working. Our goal is always for all of our pins to be working but this was unfortunate timing for these two and will be back in action in a short time period. As for the "reviewing order". We are a bit confused by that. If you feel you were charged incorrectly please let us know by email. There must have been some miscommunication and we can correct any issue with your bill at any time. More

Arcade92 is not just an entertainment venue; it's a time capsule that transports you back to the golden era of gaming, while simultaneously offering the comforts and camaraderie of a modern social hub. As I walked in with my coworkers, the nostalgia hit me immediately. The arcade's vibrant, electric ambiance is a tribute to the 80s and 90s, with neon lights casting a warm glow over rows of classic arcade machines and gaming consoles. The air buzzes with the familiar sounds of pixels and electronic melodies, creating a backdrop that's both energetic and inviting. The staff at Arcade92 are the real MVPs. They greeted us with smiles and an infectious enthusiasm for gaming that set the tone for the entire evening. Their knowledge of the games and consoles was impressive, guiding us through the vast selection and making recommendations based on our preferences and nostalgia. It was clear that they were not just employees but passionate gamers who took joy in sharing their love for the classics. The gaming selection at Arcade92 is a treasure trove that caters to all tastes. From the iconic Pac-Man to the adrenaline-pumping Street Fighter, each game is a well-maintained piece of history. But what truly sets this arcade apart is the addition of actual gaming consoles. Settling into a comfortable area with my coworkers, we were transported back to our childhoods, hands gripping controllers, eyes fixed on the screens, and laughter filling the air as we battled it out in various multiplayer games. It's a unique feature that blends the communal aspect of arcades with the personal touch of home gaming. The atmosphere at Arcade92 is something to behold. It's a place where the worries of the adult world seem to melt away, replaced by a sense of adventure and nostalgia. The décor is a thoughtful homage to the era, with posters of classic games and memorabilia adorning the walls. The lighting is just right—not too bright, but enough to keep the energy alive. It's the kind of place that feels instantly familiar, like stepping into a friend's well-loved game room. But Arcade92 isn't just about gaming; it's about community. The other patrons, from avid gamers to curious newcomers, all shared in the collective joy of play. Conversations sparked effortlessly over shared memories of games and gaming lore. My coworkers and I found ourselves bonding not just over the games but over the stories and laughter that flowed freely in this space. What I particularly loved was the collection of classic games. Each cabinet is a portal to the past, offering a chance to relive childhood victories or perhaps conquer old foes that once seemed unbeatable. The tactile feel of the joysticks, the click of the buttons, and the sight of those pixelated graphics were a delightful sensory experience that modern gaming often lacks. In conclusion, Arcade92 is more than an arcade; it's a cultural experience that celebrates the history and social nature of gaming. The welcoming staff, the phenomenal selection of games, the cozy and vibrant atmosphere, and the chance to connect with others make it a must-visit destination. Whether you're a hardcore gamer, a nostalgic soul, or just looking for a unique night out with friends or coworkers, Arcade92 offers an experience that's both profoundly entertaining and unexpectedly heartwarming. I left feeling rejuvenated, connected, and already planning my next visit.
