An evening at Aromi was a true example of what fine dining should look like. From the very first moment, you can feel the professionalism, elegance, and attention to detail. We began with oysters that were exceptionally fresh and served with the precision you would expect from a top-tier Italian restaurant. Their natural flavor stood out beautifully, and paired with a glass of quality prosecco, they created the perfect start to the evening. For the main course, we selected a fish from the daily offer. The staff kindly presented it to us, explained its origin and preparation, and the final serving directly at the table felt refined and sophisticated. The fish was prepared exactly as it should be – delicate in texture, clean in flavor, and perfectly balanced without overpowering the quality of the ingredient itself. The Negroni was expertly crafted, with an ideal balance of flavors, complementing the character of the dinner perfectly. The sweet finale was a refreshing sorbet – light, vibrant, and full of flavor, making it the ideal way to complete the experience. The service deserves special recognition. Professional yet natural communication, perfect timing between courses, and the ability to create a pleasant yet elegant atmosphere. We truly felt like valued guests throughout the entire evening.
