Eating in the center of Madrid, if you don't have a reservation, can be very complicated. That's why we entered Marina Ventura with some suspicion, a well-known place from previous occasions, which was full. But we were lucky to be two, and they matched us. From there, good service, professional and pleasant, since both things are compatible. And good food. Since rice dishes require a waiting time, we entertained him with some grilled Edam and goat cheeses with onion jam. And then came the rice with chopitos, broad beans and artichokes. Everything delicious and the rice freshly made. And the coffee also deserves a separate comment. Very good. Coffee growers will appreciate it.
