Asai Kaiseki is the restaurant of chef Yasuo Asai, whom I recommend you follow on Instagram as he publishes many of the recipes he creates daily at the premises. The experience in this place is a delight for lovers of Japanese food in its different facets with one or another touch of Mexican flavors. An excellent place for dates, business meetings or to celebrate a special occasion. The quality of the ingredients is very good and at this point I highly recommend trying products from the cold bar, in my case the chocolate clam in nigiri. It is my opinion that in any dish on the menu you will find something tasty and unique, in my case I ordered a classic to check that the seasoning they put in the kitchen is good: Katsu curry. To finish, you should try the strawberry mochi for dessert or whatever they have in season, the rice dough they prepare has a UNIQUE texture. I will definitely return to this place very soon. Parking: The restaurant does not face the street, I suggest parking cars at the beginning of Neuchatel Street or on Lake Andromaco.
