Dear AtayaCaffe - I love your food. I love your food so much that your restaurant is literally the first place I visit when I leave Tegel airport. I don't even bother going to my hotel. I bring my luggage...I look unkempt...and I probably smell like I've been on a 10 hour flight with a layover in Reykjavik. But, despite all this...your wonderful staff always remembers my name and treats me to such a warm, loving welcome! You even remember my favorite dish!! The African bowl. With extra curry. And a side of your amazing chocolate mousse.:) Thank you for your food. And, thank you for creating such an amazing environment for vegans!
My favourite place for vegan food.they have a large choice of African food that you can not find anywhere else.great smoothie acai bowl(My favourite breakfast)
I live in between Berlin and New York, and let me tell you as a West African , when I heard about an African-Italian Vegan place in my neighborhood in Berlin I was really intrigued because of the uncommon nature of its characteristics. I also have to mention that I am not vegan nor vegetarian.Me and my girlfriend, then decided to check ATAYA CAFE out one day for lunch, and ever since we always check in few times when we are in Berlin for lunch or for the Sunday mega delicious brunch. The food there is consistently rich, tasty, healthy and always up to the great standard of African Food ( I know what I am talking about , I lived in West Africa in between Benin and Nigeria for 17 years).Anyway, trust my word, go check this place out because the vibe there is smooth, no weirdos on laptops taking unnecessary space , I have never had to wait and the food came super fast. The owners are lovely, kind and very friendly. If you are vegan or not, I am sure you will find something that is for you there. Ciao ciao
