An incredibly nice restaurant in the heart of Beaune! Shortly beforehand, we personally reserved a place in passing and we already had the feeling of being warmly welcomed. We were then asked at the beginning how much time we would like to take for the aperitif - that is extremely rare and super nice! We had oeuf meurette or paté as a starter and two versions of coq au vin for the main course. The chef’s version “Gaston” (baked with cheese) is a poem and definitely recommended.
