Well, I'm going to give an overall opinion, I've been to this restaurant 10 times. Yes, the fact that there are a variety of toppings offered for poutine is very tempting, however it lacks consistency. Let me explain, the fries never have the same taste, in the same poutine I have the feeling that there are some cooked, not cooked at the same time, since some of them are very tender to the bite like a good fries. cooked, but on the other hand it's also like a poorly cooked potato. Also once the fries themselves tasted like moldy potatoes. I don't know if these are the variety of potatoes to use, or the cooking method, since these homemade fries do blanching before I don't know. Their brown sauce also, brown when I say brown is the color, because each time it never tasted the same thing, but the last time, it tasted like mushroom sauce... yeah let's say that kills your appetite when you do not like it. Their Style sauce (Big Mac) is also not spared, never the same taste, one time it just tasted like garlic, another time it was so red that I didn't know if it was sauce or blood...another time it was spicy very strong. Since I only tried the poutine, I can't give my opinion on the rest of their menu. But in conclusion about Poutine, the fries and homemade sauce never have the same taste or the same freshness each time you visit. On each visit I noticed that the woman who is in front at the cash register and who serves your order never wears a hairnet... Okay I see you coming (yes but she's not in the kitchen) she shouldn't be in the kitchen, but she goes there frequently, so yes she should wear one. Not to mention that she tells my friend and I to go and take a seat at a table and she will come and bring us our orders. Time passes almost 10 minutes later she shouts in the restaurant a kind of poutine (we are creations of the gods) but it's not our kind that shouts so we don't really worry about it. 5 more minutes she comes with a cabaret to see my friend and tells him that his poutine has been ready for a long time and she said that maybe he wasn't hungry since he wasn't coming to pick it up... It's because she told us that she would come and bring us our order, so it seems contradictory to what she said. But my friend and I have the same poutine, just the sauce on top is different. Almost 10 minutes after my friend received hers she brought me mine... (Not sure I understand correctly, we have the same kind of ingredients, but not the same sauce on top and theirs took 10 minutes longer...) In addition, after each time I ate there I was always sick, bloating, diarrhea, so at first I said to myself coincidence, but after 10 times 10 out of 10... always sick yes no these good diversity choices to offer, but if the freshness and quality of the food is not there at the price it is worth. This is not mine, but I have a friend who believes that these turnip fries give off the strange taste and the harder, more rigid texture of the fries. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hello, first of all these are not turnip fries but homemade fries and blanched by ourselves it is normal that the fries are not all cooked the same way they are not all the same size tell you about Freshness but our minced steak is fresh …Hello, first of all these are not turnip fries but homemade fries and blanched by ourselves it is normal that the fries are not all cooked the same way they are not all the same size tell you about Freshness but our minced steak is fresh never frozen and our fries the same, our fresh cheese of the day and all our recipes are followed to the letter so I don't understand... seriously I look at your opinions and I don't see anything positive instead of bashing all the restaurants why not helping them improve and the lady you are talking to is one of the owners and if you have come 10 times you should know that thank you for this constructive comment and see you next time More
