We had a family dinner in a pre-booked room. At the time of booking, the black, long-haired female worker on the floor (in a not very sympathetic manner, I might add) informed us that if we wanted to bring in a cake, the dishwashing fee for the small plate+fork was HUF 300/person. I took note of this, however, when I paid the bill, I was surprised to find (already at home, since I trusted them) that the dishwashing fee was HUF 500/person. I would like to ask for a HUF 5,000 dishwashing fee for 10 people, which is about 10 m3 of water. This deeply outraged me, plus the fact that the doses were also taken back, compared to before. We have been there several times for family events, most recently during a graduation ceremony, the staff disappeared a complete tray of cheese curds. We only noticed this at home, as they packed the leftovers for us. We will never go there again. It should be noted that the young man working in the pub is completely correct and respectful, and it is only because of him that I did not give the restaurant just one star. We can't comment on the strapacska that disappeared with the tray, because we haven't served this kind of food for at least a year and a half, and our colleagues are satisfied and well fed anyway, and they don't touch the remaining dishes. It may happen that our colleague did not accurately inform you about the price of serving the cake, so we apologize. It would have been more fortunate to indicate this then, so we could have had a chance to find a solution. We can't add anything to the competition between the servers, but believe me, we will do everything we can to sensitize our female colleague, so that she is as nice and charming as the colleague working in the beer hall.
