I recently visited the Peruvian bakery and coffee shop, hoping to indulge in some traditional Peruvian treats. However, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, the service was lacking as I had to search for someone to assist me, and even when I found someone, they seemed untrained and confused at the register. Despite managing to order a chicken empanada and traditional flan, my disappointment grew when I realized they didn't have the essential green sauce I was looking forward to. Additionally, their lack of inventory extended to the ice cream section and drinks fridge, leaving me with limited options. It's disheartening to visit a bakery with high expectations only to leave feeling unsatisfied and empty-handed. I hope the management takes note of these shortcomings and works towards improving the overall experience for customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We used Azucar Bakery for our wedding and I am so glad that we did. Their flavors were amazing! We ordered some of their tasting boxes when our parents were in town and it was a fun way for us all to vote for our favorite cake flavors. We ended up doing a smaller two-tiered cake and then sheet cakes in the back. We added one and a half sheet cakes to the 6" and 8" cakes used in the tiered cake and had so much cake left over. Everyone tells you to have less cake than you think and I should have listened we had 185 guests and had at least half a sheet cake untouched, plus the entire 6" cake for us to freeze for our one year. No matter how much cake you get, it will all be delicious if you work with Azucar! Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Wedding Cake
