My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Azure Window Restaurant. Everything was exceptional, especially the chef-recommended whole sea bass baked in a sea-salt crust. It was beautifully prepared, incredibly fresh, and cooked to perfection. Godwin was a fantastic host. He genuinely cared about our experience, took the time to share his recommendations, and made us feel truly welcome throughout our meal. The combination of outstanding food, warm hospitality, and a beautiful Dwejra setting made this one of the highlights of our time in Malta.
