Bar Sil and it's terrace is the only area you should visit when in Delft. Bar Sil's staff knows how to treat a customer. Especially the man himself, Sil, makes any customer, with any background, feel welcome to the Netherlands. We have visited many restaurants and bars here and never have we faced such a service. 8/8.
