I've always bought from Bm, but this is the second time I've had a problem with the quality of the meat, a very strong smell and taste, lots of pieces of fat, it was impossible to eat. Horrible service through Ifood, I ordered my SIMPLE combo at 00:30! 00:31 they accepted the order and started preparing, it's already 3:27 in the morning and nothing is going out for delivery! I tried to contact the store via chat, no one responded! I TRIED TO CALL THE STORE ON THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY IFOOD, NOBODY ANSWERED! I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER, GUESS WHAT... IT DIDN'T WORK ALSO!!! IMAGINE WHAT THE SERVICE IN THE STORE MUST BE LIKE THEN, THERE IS NO WAY TO TALK ABOUT IT! IF THERE WAS A 0 I WOULD GIVE IT! The snack is very tasty, if you have the time and patience to wait, place the order, but be aware that delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Order placed at 9:16 pm and still no delivery at 11:23 pm. If they cannot deliver in 50 minutes, as promised at the time of purchase, they should not promise the customer a deadline that they cannot meet.
