The experience at Bacaro didn't start out well, since the carpaccio we ordered as a starter had a slightly sour taste. We told the waiter about it and he got upset. However, then one of the girls who was also serving and had heard the conversation approached and apologized. The second was excellent: carbonara di mare. Plus, they had a gluten-free pasta option. I would come back just for that dish. The dessert again deducted points. We chose the only gluten-free option, the panacotta, which was incredible but the condiments, especially the kikos, took away more than anything else. We left with a slightly bittersweet feeling from the experience at Bacaro, the pasta and the girl's service were 10, but the starter and the boy's service would be almost a fail. As for the place, it is very authentic and has its charm, but a little more attention should be paid to cleanliness, especially the bathrooms.
