My husband bought me a bottle of perfume from here. It was not until after he purchased that he noticed the receipt said exchange only. When I receive the bottle of perfume it was extremely large so I wanted to take it back to get a smaller bottle and get back the difference in cost. They proceeded to tell me that was not possible that I could only have a credit. This was a $600 bottle of perfume. The smaller bottle was 320. So I was gonna get stuck with a $280 credit? No thank you. I had to call the corporate office then send a message to the regional director to complain about their policy. The reason for those calls is because the lady at the store said well there is a sign that says we don't do exchanges. when I explained to her that my husband asked if I could return it if I did not like it she said oh yeah she can bring it back. Not explaining to him the no return policy. They intentionally deceive their customers. Luckily after my corporate calls I went back in and the manager exchanged my perfume and gave me back the difference that was paid. I will never shop there again and if I need to purchase a new bottle of perfume win this one runs out I will go to Nordstrom's.

Summertime sleepovers were a thing when I was growing up. Me and a handful of BFF's would plan epic sleepover events complete with junk food, pillow fights and lots of gab but the night would not be complete without dabbling in Ouija, Light as a Feather or Bloody Mary. My friend Martha was legit Medium who could summon the spirits, at least I think that's what I saw in my periphery. Toni could tell a creepy story better than Anne Rice (R.I.P.) and Peri had the fancy house so pillow fights had to be tame or risk breaking a bowling trophy or the latest Princess House bauble. In all my childhood years I never broke anything expensive. I've had the Harmonie tumblers for over 30 years...they get regular use; we are after all lovers of the adult beverages. Sure, I could store them in their signature red box, but why have nice things if you're not going to use and enjoy them? I don't trust the dishwasher to handle these beautiful vessels, so I hand wash these babies. Unfortunately, my never breaking anything expensive streak ended this Christmas when a Harmonie XL tumbler slipped out of my hands and ka-pow! Instant Baccarat shattered beautiful mess. An expensive fix and one that no matter how much I wish for a sale, their cost will never be reduced. Ever. And if you're wondering, Baccarat has no such thing as factory seconds, mon dieu, no way. So if I want to restore my collection I'll have to suck it up and buy a replacement set because of course they're only sold in sets of two. Merci Baccarat, what a way to teach me a lesson. Truth is j'adore the Harmonie tumblers. They're heavy and gorgeous and their vertical parallel cuts are iconic and absolutely make a statement in your hand and even when they're sitting pretty on a shelf. Replacing a glass or two every 30 years is a pretty good record n'est-ce pas?

I had a great experience shopping at Baccarat. I bought and engraved tumblers as a wedding present for friends. I worked with Chase Bryant, who provided an amazing customer experience. For starters, he was knowledgeable about the difference pieces and offered excellent recommendations while being very professional and easy to talk to. When it came to the engraving processes, he served as the liaison between the engraver and me. He would position the proofs on the glasses, take pictures and send them via email so I could envision the different fonts, sizes and positioning. This alone was a tedious process since I went back and forth with adjustments a few times. Overall, he was just incredible and I appreciate his help so much. This level of commitment and service to the customer is just not something you see anymore, even with luxury brands, and Chase (and Baccarat) just exceeded expectations on all fronts.
