We visited Backcountry Pizza & Tap House last night, and it was overall pretty good. There was no wait when we came in, so we got settled pretty quickly. Our server was super friendly and swift to take our orders. While it took a while for the food to get to our table, the pizza and wings turned out great. Only the waffle fries with cheese were fairly mediocre (no crisp, a little lifeless, bland). Regardless, the pizza is highly recommended! We had a decent time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Waited twenty minutes in an empty restaurant for any acknowledgement that I existed. wait staff then got upset when I complained. Unprofessional hacks. The food here is inconsistent, but sometimes pretty good. Never have I had even decent service, unless I'm sitting at the bar. They have a fantastic beer selection, but food service seems to be an afterthought I was hoping for some food today. Bummer.

Bad experience. Ordered gluten free vegan lover. Turned out to be a crust and tomato sauce lovers pizza. The $5 over charge for a gluten free was hidden or nonexistent. Management never listened to me. Payed $22 for a pizza that wasn't even worth the $5 upcharge. Maybe if you love cheese and crust this is the place for you. Never again.
