The staff here is so nice and friendly with explaining the different sauces and menu options. Our group was not familiar with anything on the menu and the staff patiently answered all our questions. We ordered the salo salo platter for 4 people and we all left so satisfied. Food came out very quickly. The presentation was perfect and all the food was cooked and seasoned well. The food is definitely all heavily salted and rich but it balanced so well with the vinegar-based sauces provided. We will definitely come back to try the boodle fight with a larger group Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mini Krispy Pata w Garlic Rice, Mini Batchoy

The Batchoy (hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely delicious. My wife is from Iloilo and we looked all over town for it and she says it is very similar to what she has in the Phillipines. I had it and it tasted really good. I also had the chicken (Paav I think) and garlic rice and was delicious. Will definitely be back for sure. Let me start by saying the struggle for street parking is worth it for this place. As a Filipino, I can say stepping into the restaurant made me feel at home--the table decor bamboo plants, hospitality of the servers, Filipino channel playing on the TV, and all. The only thing missing was Tito on the karaoke mic. We started with the Pork Lumpia of course. It was delicious and perfectly bite sized. My boyfriend got the House Specialty Combination, which included his choice of Chicken Inasal, Garlic Rice, and a bowl of Batchoy. I ordered the Tocino, Garlic Rice, and 2 Eggs as part of the "Breakfast Served All Day" offering. The portions were generous and aligns with the price in my opinion. Bacolod Chicken House is the real deal. It is the most authentic Filipino food I've tried in the area--no modern spin to try to appeal to a wider audience. It is well worth the visit!
