It was such a wonderful experience. I was at Bahn Thai about 10 days ago. And I was so pleased with the total experience. We were short on time because we had a couple of things planned after and it was my last day in Seattle. Shawn was absolutely wonderful. All dishes are custom made and due to my dietary restrictions, I always have limited options. But even through the limited options, this was the best Thai food I have had in a while. Everything was so perfectly blended and even though all the dishes on the menu are made to order, they were all cooked to perfection! Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian/vegan options. I am allergic to eggs unless mixed in cakes. I normally avoid Thai food because most places still have an after taste of egg and sometimes it still affects me with my allergy. But at Bahn Thai my experience was very different. There was no after taste of eggs and the dish did not even smell like eggs. It was such a great experience and I would definitely go back!
