They are wonderful!! Especially because I am on Keto so this is one place I can go to get me a pizza and dessert and not feel so guilty about it. They have moved locations into mid rivers mall but they are still amazing!
I love all things sweet!!! I was pretty skeptical. First time trying keto sweets (trying to eat a little better). Honest opinion....the keto cookies are SO good!!! I tried the chocolate chip and the peanut butter ones! I will be back for more! The keto cupcake wasn't for me, but that's my opinion. Also, their veggie soup is absolutely delicious! Very friendly staff!
Two staff barely acknowledged us when we walked in and no one offered to help us understand the menu and cookie choices until a third staff asked if it was our first visit. When we said yes, her response was to walk over to a stack of menus and give us one to figure out for ourselves. Perhaps a friendly greeting and a short explanation would make new customers feel at ease. We weren't the only ones feeling awkward because the customer behind us just left. We should have too, but against my better judgement, we stayed. My husband asked about the pound of cookies for $4. The man responded, "It's one cookie. All of our cookies are about a pound." By this point, we just wanted to get out of there, so we decided on a white chocolate macadamia cookie. Our total came to $5.40. When we questioned the total, we were told that that cookie is a "specialty cookie" and costs more. A heads-up about the up-charge before we pay would be a nice touch. I took the cookie and knew immediately that it wasn't a pound. Curious, I weighed it when we got home and it wasn't even close (see photo.) By their own advertising, Baked owes us two more cookies. The taste? It's a cookie. Nothing outstanding. We won't be back. 11/25/18 Take a look at my newest photo of Baked's Facebook page. This is how they respond. The level of unprofessionalism is stunning.
