The best tompouce you can get on Ameland! The wonderful vanilla cream with cream, decorated with a fresh strawberry, makes the Tompouce from Bakkerij Rijpstra the highlight of our Ameland visits. The other types of cakes and the selection of pastries also taste excellent, we have already tried quite a few. Here you can still find traditional and artisanal baking and confectionery art!
