I ordered this on a menu I couldn't read, I assumed it was Chinese noodles. When it arrived I realised what it was. I was not expecting cold salad bowl. However I put it in the microwave and it was beautiful, fresh and crunchy. I loved it. As a hard-core Chinese eating omnivore this, heated up was great. Only 4 stars as there was no option I could find to see the menu in English.
