The food was okay. Didn't really stand out. The brisket was tender and good. The ribs were eh. The side dishes were average. Kinda pricey for what you get

I'm from Texas so I knew i needed to try Kansas BBQ while here for work. I Searched the best in the area and it took me here. Wow the brisket was so good and that Mac and cheese was to die for. My friend with me got the smoked chicken sandwich and it wasn't bad but compared to the brisket I'm glad i ordered tbe way i did. She had okra which was cooked fresh to order and really good. Happy hour 3-6 M-F. Lots of beer on tap as well as bottles. Will be back when in the area for sure.

While in Wichita for a business trip we visited B&C Barbeque with a group of 10. Luckily we got there early enough that there was a table perfect for us. I got the pulled pork, hot links and the chicken with potato salad and a green salad. The potato salad was good, the chicken was okay (not my favorite) but the pulled pork was amazing as well as the hot links. The pulled pork was very tender and juicy. B&C is a must try if you want good BBQ in the Wichita area.
